Right to Information
You have the right to receive information about the name and qualifications of your treating doctor, your state of health, possible complications and their prevention, treatment plan, any changes to the treatment plan, the use of medications, diet and nutrition, approximate cost of treatment, cost implications in case of a change in the treatment plan, and how to address any concerns you may have.

Right to Consent
You have the right to give or withhold your consent for any proposed treatment. You have the right to seek a second medical opinion before giving your consent. You have the right to refuse consent for treatment under clinical research/clinical trials. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any stage, in writing, if you are part of any clinical research/trial.
Right to Choose/Participate
You have the right to know all your treatment options and to participate in decisions related to your treatment. You have the right to change the treating doctor or hospital if desired.
Right to Privacy
You have the right to receive reasonable privacy during consultation, examination, treatment, and various investigative procedures. You have the right to have your healthcare information protected. Information concerning your health and treatment may only be disclosed with your consent, except when required by law or an order of the court.
Right to Respect
You have the right to receive appropriate treatment regardless of race, culture, religion, age, gender, or physical ability, and not to be subjected to any kind of discriminatory abuse or neglect.
Right to Quality Care
You have the right to receive medical care in accordance with reasonably expected professional standards.
Right to Refuse
You have the right to refuse treatment.
Patient Responsibilities
- Providing complete and accurate information, including full name, address, and other relevant details.
- Providing a complete and accurate history of your health, including past illnesses, medications, and hospitalizations.
- Following the prescribed treatment plan and attending follow-up appointments.
- Asking questions when you do not understand any detail provided by your doctor.
- Informing the doctor if you anticipate any problem with the prescribed treatment.
- Strictly following the NO SMOKING policy within the hospital campus.
- Ensuring that all visitors follow visitor timings and policies.
- Being considerate of noise levels, privacy, and the safety of other patients and staff.
- Weapons or sharp objects are prohibited within the premises.
- Treating hospital staff, other patients, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
- Being on time for appointments and canceling or rescheduling in advance when necessary.
- Not taking any medications without consulting your doctor.
- Informing the doctor if your condition worsens or does not improve.
- Providing complete and accurate information for insurance claims and making payments if a claim is denied.
- Understanding that cost estimations are approximate and may change.
Important Information
Discharge Process: Your discharge process might take 4 to 6 hours from the time the doctor informs you. If you are paying through insurance, the discharge time depends on when the insurance company approves your bills.
ICU & Labor Room Policy: If the patient is shifted to the ICU or labor room, attendants will be asked to vacate the room or pay for it in addition to other charges, subject to room availability.
Photography Restriction: You are not permitted to take photographs of hospital staff or facilities without written permission from hospital authorities.
